Milla Jovovich has a great physique as we all know she is very punctual towards her workout her diet and exercises she gives her best in movies and real-life to she is a badass.
Milla told an interview that she gained about 70 pounds while pregnant and whatever she ate it affect so much double on her body show was became to foody at that time and after that decided to switched it up and found a way to lose her weight:
Day eating of Milla Jovovich.
Breakfast- Lean cereal with non-fat milk and tea
Snack- 1 Slice fat-free cheese and 1-2 apples and she said to try to intake more and more water.
Lunch- Thai chicken lettuce wraps with skinless breast and tortilla then water
Snack- Steam veggies and water
Dinner- whole-grain pilaf tea or you can take water
Milla said that I tried to be more conscious and also tried to be more healthy than normal such as I took,
some berry smoothie with Spanish kale and non-fat yoghurt which I took with a cup of steel-cut oats a spoon of agave syrup for some sweetness.
Not even the diet but she is dedicated towards her workout that we all know well she does a lot of exercises yoga as well as cardio most of she focuses on her cardio and Milla does such High-intensity cardio three times in a week also she prefer that there is no need to lift a lot of weight to make your body in tone.
Try to eat healthily and take proper diet to avoid sugar and unhealthy food from your routine it will waste your exercises the more you get healthy things more you feel fresh energetic and alive because the diet is the most important part of your workout also proper intake of water and proper sleep these are the keys of a healthy living.

The keto diet will definitely help you to lose weight but on the other hand, it is quite difficult to keep with Milla open up about how low carbs and high- fat meal plan doesn’t work for her, she said that I found the keto diet can be hard to sustain,
Meella says that instead of following a strict diet I adopted a different way of action which has helped everything.
I changed myself over a year ago to prepare for an action movie and for that to be very frank I just found that making sure my diet should be based on vegetable during the week and I just took small portions of everything else which helped my skin and my energy levels, and apart from this I do workout every day which helps to boost my energy and provide me the best body shape and mentally I feel so much better.
Milla said that I started posting about my workouts and diet just because I literally fell changed in myself and yes it works I have done it for a year and felt changed.
I think fitness is not just only about your diet or workout but also the mental stability and relaxation too because it affects your body inside and out you must do the things which give them joy and happiness just like I love gardening artwork drawing so I do that to make myself feel positive if you have hobbies so you don’t need to put it in your head only try to create and go with that and I think it helps to you.
Milla said that someone suggests taking pills or anti-depression medicine so I would try to change my diet and going to change my and will go to the gym for a month and see how it works.
